We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy, and have prepared this privacy policy to explain the manner in which we collect, use and disclose personal information when you download and use our mobile application (the “App”), visit our website located at https://www.jetsontech.ca (the “Website”) or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND USE?

• To facilitate account creation and administration. To use the Services, you will be required to create an account by (i) either signing up directly through the App, or website, or through the link provided to you by your organization, and (ii) providing your first and last name, email address, phone number and a password that you create. We use this information to create and administer your account, including to communicate with you about your account and orders placed through your account. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (such as letters, phone calls or email messages). If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, you are required to notify us immediately.
• To fulfil and manage your orders and payments. If you place an order through the App, we may collect and use your account information, delivery address, payment information and order details to fulfil and manage your orders, payments, and refund requests made through the Services. In order to process your payments, we may collect your first and last name, billing address, credit card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code. All payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor who is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)compliant.
• To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website or App that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial.
• To offer contests. When you enter a contest or participate in a promotion, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number, and any additional information or content required for the contest or promotion, including to deliver a prize to you, or that you otherwise provide, including your social media handle, profile picture and public posts or comments you make about our contest on social media networks. We use this information to administer the contest or promotion. As part of a contest or promotion, we may also share or otherwise publish the content you submit.
• To deliver surveys. From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity to participate in one of our surveys. The information obtained through our surveys is used in an aggregated, de-identified form. We use this information to help us understand our users and to enhance our Website and App.
• To send you marketing and promotional communications. If you sign-up to receive email marketing communications, we collect your email address, as well as other information on an optional basis tohelp us tailor our communications to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the“unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of each email. Alternatively, you can opt-out of receiving email marketing communications by contacting us at the contact information provided in the “ContactUs” section below. Please note that you may continue to receive transactional or account-related communications from us.
• To respond to communications from you. When you contact us with a comment, question or complaint, you may be asked for information that identifies you, such as your name, email address and a telephone number along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question, resolve your issue or respond to your comment. We may retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our customer service and service offerings.
• To generate aggregated and anonymous information. We may generate aggregated and anonymous information that cannot reasonably be associated with you. We use and share this information to better understand and improve our Services, and to provide our partners with insights on the use of ourServices. For example, when you access the Services through an employer-provided link, we may generate and share aggregated information with your employer, such as the number of employees at your organization who use our Service or the aggregated annual spend through all Services by all employees at your organization.
2. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as set forth below or as required or permitted by law:
• Restaurants and Merchants. We share limited information, including your first name and order details with the restaurant or merchant from whom you place an order. If you provide your consent to receive marketing communications from the restaurant or merchant, we will share your contact information, and the restaurant or merchant’s own privacy policy will apply to any subsequent use ofyour contact information by the restaurant or merchant.
• Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers.We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, order fulfilment, customer service and marketing efforts.Our service providers are only provided with the information they need to perform their designated functions and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes. Our service providers may be located in the U.S., Canada or other foreign jurisdictions.
• Legal and Compliance. We and our Canadian, US and other foreign service providers may provide your personal information in response to a search warrant to other legally valid inquiry or order, or to another organization for the purposes of investigating a breach of an agreement or contravention of law or detecting, suppressing or preventing fraud, or as otherwise may be required or permitted by applicable Canadian, U.S. or other law or legal process, which may include lawful access by US or foreign courts, law enforcement or other government authorities. Your personal information may also be disclosed where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and to investigate or prevent actual or suspected loss or harm to persons or property.
• Sale of Business. We may transfer any information we have about you as an asset in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings) involving all or part of Jetson Technologies Inc. or as part of a corporate reorganization or other change in corporate control.

• Visiting our Website. IIn general, you can visit our Website without telling us who you are or submitting any personal information. However, we collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our Website and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system, language preferences and average time spent on our Website. We use this information to help us understand our Website activity, to maintain the security of our Website, to monitor and improve ourWebsite, and for troubleshooting purposes.
• Cookies. Our Website uses a technology called "cookies". A cookie is a tiny element of data that ourWebsite sends to a user’s browser, which may then be stored on the user’s hard drive so that we can recognize the user’s computer or device when they return. Information about your use of our App
• App Usage Information & Analytics. As with many applications, certain limited data is required forthe App to function on your device. This data includes device information (such as your operating system, version information and system configuration information).
• Push Notifications. If you provide your consent to receive push notifications, we may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide you with App updates and other relevant information such as notifying you when your order is ready for delivery or pickup. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to stop receiving these types of communications from us, you can turn off push notifications for the App in the settings of your mobile device.
4. HOW DO WE SAFEGUARD AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION?
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures in an effort to safeguard the personal information in our custody and control against theft, loss and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. We restrict access to personal information on a need-to-know basis to employees and authorized service providers who require access to fulfil their job requirements.
We have record retention processes designed to retain personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as otherwise required to meet legal or business requirements.
