What is Jetson?

Jetson is an app designed to feed busy people—fast. We deliver delicious lunches straight to your office, exclusively from the best food halls in downtown Toronto. Our couriers get special building access, so they can deliver food faster (and fresher) than any other app. Jetson also offers group orders and catering for seamless team lunches, on-demand pickup if needed, and sweet lunch features to match your budget.

Where does Jetson operate?

Jetson operates exclusively in two Toronto locations:

One York Food Hall
‍Queen’s Cross Food Hall in the Eaton Centre

How do I order with Jetson?

Ordering with Jetson is quick and easy. All you have to do is:

Download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Choose from countless restaurants and meal options.
Place your order for delivery or pick-up.
Check out and enjoy.

How do I know that my order has been accepted?

Once you've submitted your order, you'll receive a confirmation on the Order Tracking page. This means your order has been successfully sent to the restaurant. You can conveniently track its progress and see when the restaurant confirms it in the Order Tracker.

How can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, you can easily track its progress in the app. You'll also receive timely notifications and emails at key stages: when your order is placed, when it's ready for pickup or out for delivery, and when it's complete or delivered.

Where can I leave feedback?

We value your feedback! You can share your thoughts and experiences with us by emailing support@jetsontech.ca. We're always looking for ways to improve.

I have a food allergy or intolerance. What can I do?

We understand the importance of catering to dietary needs. Our menu clearly lists allergens associated with each item. You can also use the convenient "remove/modify" option in the app to customize your order according to your preferences and restrictions.

What should I do if my order isn’t right?

If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help. Please reach out to our support team at support@jetsontech.ca and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Is there a delivery fee or minimum purchase required to place an order?

We offer a flat delivery fee of $3, and there's no minimum purchase required to place an order.

Is it safe to save my credit card information on the Jetson app?

Yes, it's safe to save your credit card information on the Jetson app. We take account security very seriously and employ robust measures to protect your data. Additionally, we'll proactively prompt you to reset your password if we detect any suspicious activity on your account.
